The Differential Pressure Transmitter Five Valve Manifold is designed for installation, isolation, equalizing, bleeding, venting, and calibration of differential pressure gauges and differential pressure instruments in industrial process systems.
A typical five valve manifold includes two block valves, one equalizing valve, and two vent or bleed valves. The block valves isolate the high-pressure and low-pressure sides from the process, the equalizing valve balances pressure between both sides of the instrument, and the vent valves allow controlled pressure release, draining, or calibration connection.
This manifold is suitable for differential pressure transmitter measurement, flow measurement, filter pressure drop monitoring, level measurement, and general process control applications. It helps improve operation safety, simplify maintenance, and protect the instrument during zero checking or calibration.
Differential pressure monitoring
Used in drilling, production, pipeline transmission, gas processing, and refinery systems where differential pressure gauges or DP instruments are required for flow, level, or pressure difference monitoring.
Flow measurement support
Suitable for differential pressure flow applications with orifice plates, flow nozzles, venturi tubes, and other primary flow elements.
Isolation, equalizing, venting, and draining
The five valve manifold allows operators to isolate both pressure sides, equalize pressure across the gauge, release trapped pressure, drain residual media, and carry out inspection or calibration more safely.
Process differential pressure measurement
Applied in reactors, pumps, filters, distillation columns, storage tanks, and process pipelines where stable differential pressure measurement is required.
Safer maintenance in harsh conditions
The manifold helps isolate differential pressure gauges from corrosive, toxic, flammable, high-pressure, or high-temperature media before inspection, replacement, or calibration.
Steam and water systems
Used in boiler systems, turbine auxiliary systems, feedwater lines, condensate systems, and steam pipelines where differential pressure gauges or transmitters are used for flow, level, and pressure difference monitoring.
Instrument protection and calibration
The five valve structure helps protect the gauge during commissioning, shutdown, zero adjustment, venting, and routine calibration work.
Clean utility and auxiliary process lines
Suitable for auxiliary differential pressure measurement in water systems, clean utility lines, filtration skids, fermentation equipment, mixing systems, and process skids.
Clean process isolation
For hygienic or sanitary applications, material selection, connection type, sealing structure, and surface requirements should be selected according to the actual medium and cleaning requirements.
Filter and membrane monitoring
Used in filtration systems, membrane systems, desalination systems, pumping stations, and treatment equipment to monitor pressure drop across filters or process units.
Pressure and flow measurement support
The manifold supports differential pressure gauges used for water flow monitoring, pipeline pressure comparison, and treatment process control.
Differential pressure measurement
Applied in chilled water, heating water, air handling units, filter sections, pump systems, and heat exchangers where pressure difference needs to be monitored.
Convenient service isolation
The five valve manifold allows technicians to isolate, equalize, vent, and calibrate the gauge locally, helping reduce maintenance downtime.
Controlled DP measurement lines
Used in laboratories, pilot plants, test benches, and research systems where gases or liquids require stable differential pressure monitoring.
Flexible calibration and pressure line management
The manifold supports differential pressure gauge connection, pressure balancing, pressure release, calibration, and process line management in experimental or small-scale process systems.
