Forged Body Needle Valves-Dual Ferrule Types

SIYelectric Needle Valves are designed for precise flow adjustment of liquids and gases in industrial process systems, instrumentation lines, testing equipment, and fluid control applications.

Compared with general shut-off valves, a needle valve uses a fine-threaded stem and tapered needle tip to provide more accurate flow regulation. This makes it suitable for applications where the flow rate needs to be adjusted gradually and controlled with higher precision.

The valve body can be manufactured from forged materials to provide good mechanical strength, pressure resistance, and durability under demanding operating conditions.
