Forged Body Needle Valves-Union Weld Type

SIYelectric Needle Valves are designed for accurate flow control of liquids and gases in industrial piping systems, instrumentation lines, laboratory equipment, and process control applications.

A needle valve uses a slender tapered stem to regulate flow gradually, making it more suitable than a common shut-off valve when precise adjustment is required. It is often used for small flow control, pressure regulation, sampling lines, calibration systems, and high-pressure fluid handling.

The valve body can be manufactured from forged materials to provide higher mechanical strength, good durability, and reliable resistance to demanding pressure and temperature conditions. With a compact one-piece body design, the valve helps reduce potential leakage points and supports stable performance in harsh environments such as oil & gas, chemical processing, power generation, and general industrial systems.

Applications

Flow Regulation

Precise gas and liquid adjustment
Used in pipelines and process systems where liquid or gas flow needs to be controlled accurately and gradually.

Small-flow control
Suitable for low-flow applications, sampling systems, purge lines, and auxiliary process lines where fine adjustment is required.

Testing and Calibration

Instrumentation calibration
Commonly used in pressure testing, calibration benches, laboratories, and process control systems to regulate test fluids or gases.

Controlled pressure release
Can be installed with pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, manifolds, and test equipment to support safe venting, filling, or pressure adjustment.

Gas and Liquid Distribution

Industrial fluid distribution
Applied in gas and liquid distribution systems for oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and general industrial applications.

Local process control
Used as a practical control valve where operators need to fine-tune flow in branch lines, sampling points, or instrument lines.

Pressure Control

Sensitive fluid handling
Suitable for fuel systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, high-pressure lines, and critical fluid control applications.

Hazardous or demanding media
For corrosive, toxic, flammable, high-pressure, or high-temperature fluids, the valve material, sealing structure, pressure rating, and connection type should be selected according to the actual operating conditions.

Advantages

  • Precise flow regulation for liquids, gases, test fluids, and process media.
  • Tapered needle stem design allows gradual and accurate flow adjustment.
  • Forged body construction option provides higher strength and pressure resistance.
  • One-piece compact valve body helps reduce potential leakage points.
  • Suitable for instrumentation, sampling, testing, calibration, and process control systems.
  • Available for high-pressure and high-temperature service, depending on material and sealing selection.
  • Material options available for different media, including stainless steel and corrosion-resistant alloys.
