Hex Pipe Plug

SIYelectric Stainless Steel Hex Pipe Plug is designed to seal unused threaded ports in piping, instrumentation, valve, manifold, and process equipment systems.

Unlike connectors or couplings, a hex pipe plug is not used to connect two pipelines. Its main function is to close and seal an open female-threaded port to prevent leakage, contamination, pressure loss, or accidental fluid discharge. The hex head design allows easy tightening and removal with a wrench, making it convenient for installation, inspection, maintenance, or future system modification.

Manufactured from stainless steel, the plug provides good corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and sealing reliability when matched with the correct thread standard, sealing material, and pressure rating.
