The SIYelectric Instrument 2 Valve Single Block and Bleed Manifold is designed for safe instrument isolation, pressure venting, and maintenance in industrial process measurement systems.
It combines one block valve and one bleed valve in a compact manifold body. The block valve isolates the instrument from the process line, while the bleed valve allows trapped pressure to be released before calibration, inspection, or instrument replacement.
This manifold is commonly used with pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, pressure switches, and other field instruments in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, water treatment, HVAC, and general process industries.
Pressure monitoring and control
Used in drilling, production, pipeline transmission, gas processing, and refining systems where pressure instruments need reliable isolation from high-pressure liquids and gases.
Flow measurement support
Suitable for pressure measurement points related to flow monitoring in pipelines, refineries, and process units.
Isolation, venting, and draining
The block and bleed structure allows operators to isolate the instrument, release trapped pressure, drain the line, and carry out maintenance more safely in high-pressure systems.
Process pressure measurement
Used in reactors, pumps, dosing systems, distillation columns, storage tanks, and chemical pipelines where pressure monitoring and instrument isolation are required.
Safer maintenance in hazardous conditions
The manifold helps isolate field instruments from corrosive, toxic, flammable, high-pressure, or high-temperature media before inspection or calibration.
Steam and water systems
Applied in boiler systems, turbine auxiliary systems, feedwater lines, condensate systems, and steam pipelines where pressure gauges or transmitters require stable isolation.
Instrument protection and calibration
The single block and bleed manifold allows technicians to isolate and depressurize instruments during commissioning, shutdown, routine inspection, or calibration work.
Clean utility and process measurement
Suitable for auxiliary pressure measurement in water systems, clean utility lines, fermentation equipment, mixing systems, and process skids.
Clean process isolation
For hygienic or sanitary applications, material selection, sealing design, connection type, and surface requirements should be confirmed according to the actual process medium and cleaning conditions.
Pressure monitoring in water systems
Used in filtration units, pumping stations, treatment equipment, and distribution pipelines to support stable pressure measurement and process control.
Convenient instrument maintenance
The manifold allows pressure instruments to be isolated locally, making calibration, replacement, and troubleshooting easier without shutting down a large pipeline section.
Heating and cooling system pressure measurement
Used in chilled water, heating water, refrigerant, and ventilation-related systems where pressure gauges or transmitters require isolation and safe venting.
Service isolation
Provides a practical maintenance point for technicians, helping reduce downtime during inspection or instrument replacement.
Controlled gas and liquid pressure lines
Used in laboratories, test benches, pilot systems, and research facilities where gases or liquids require stable pressure monitoring and safe instrument isolation.
Flexible instrument connection
The compact block and bleed manifold supports instrument connection, pressure release, calibration, and pressure line management in experimental or small-scale process systems.
