The 3 PC Flanged Ball Valve is a full port quarter-turn shut-off valve designed for industrial pipelines that require reliable isolation and convenient maintenance. Its three-piece structure allows the center body to be removed for cleaning, inspection, or internal parts replacement without disturbing the pipeline flanges.

The SIYelectric 3 Piece Flanged Ball Valve is an industrial quarter-turn valve designed for reliable shut-off, easy maintenance, and long-term service in process piping systems.

A typical 3 piece flanged ball valve consists of two flanged end connections and one central valve body. The ball, seats, and seals are housed inside the center body. This structure allows the center section to be removed for maintenance, cleaning, or replacement of internal components while the end flanges remain connected to the pipeline.

This design is especially suitable for systems where regular inspection, cleaning, or maintenance is required, such as chemical processing, pharmaceutical utilities, oil and gas systems, water treatment, industrial skids, and general process pipelines.


Product Description

The 3 PC flanged ball valve combines the secure installation of flanged connections with the maintenance convenience of a three-piece body structure. The flanged ends provide stable pipeline connection, while the removable center body makes servicing easier than one-piece or two-piece designs.

Inside the valve, a precision-machined ball with a central bore controls the flow. When the bore is aligned with the pipeline, the medium passes through. When the handle is rotated 90 degrees, the ball turns to the closed position and blocks the flow path.

With a full port design, the valve provides a large flow passage and helps reduce pressure drop. Stainless steel material options, including CF8 / SS304 and CF8M / SS316, allow the valve to be selected according to medium compatibility, corrosion resistance, and operating environment.
