The SIYelectric H Type Five Valve Manifold is designed for differential pressure transmitter installation, isolation, equalizing, bleeding, venting, and calibration in industrial process measurement systems.
A typical H type five valve manifold includes two block valves, one equalizing valve, and two vent or bleed valves in one compact manifold body. The block valves isolate the high-pressure and low-pressure sides from the process, the equalizing valve balances pressure across the transmitter, and the vent valves allow controlled pressure release, draining, or calibration connection.
Compared with a three valve manifold, the H type five valve manifold provides more complete operation for differential pressure instruments, especially when the user needs safer maintenance, easier zero checking, and more convenient calibration.
It is widely used with differential pressure transmitters, pressure transmitters, differential pressure gauges, and process instrumentation systems for flow measurement, level measurement, filter monitoring, pressure difference measurement, and process control applications.
Differential pressure and process pressure monitoring
Used in drilling, production, pipeline transmission, gas processing, and refinery systems where DP transmitters are applied for flow, level, or pressure difference measurement.
Flow measurement support
Suitable for differential pressure flow measurement loops using orifice plates, flow nozzles, venturi tubes, and other primary flow elements.
Isolation, equalizing, venting, and draining
The H type five valve manifold allows operators to isolate both pressure sides, equalize pressure across the transmitter, release trapped pressure, drain residual media, and perform calibration or maintenance more safely in high-pressure service.
Process differential pressure measurement
Applied in reactors, pumps, filters, distillation columns, storage tanks, and chemical pipelines where stable differential pressure or pressure monitoring is required.
Safer maintenance in demanding media
The manifold helps isolate DP instruments from corrosive, toxic, flammable, high-pressure, or high-temperature process media before inspection, replacement, zero adjustment, or calibration.
Steam and water systems
Used in boiler systems, turbine auxiliary systems, feedwater lines, condensate systems, and steam pipelines where DP transmitters are used for flow, level, and pressure difference measurement.
Instrument protection and calibration
The five valve structure helps protect the transmitter during commissioning, shutdown, venting, zero checking, and routine calibration work.
Clean utility and auxiliary process lines
Suitable for auxiliary differential pressure measurement in water systems, clean utility lines, filtration skids, fermentation equipment, mixing systems, and process skids.
Clean process isolation
For hygienic or sanitary applications, material selection, connection type, sealing structure, and surface requirements should be selected according to the actual medium and cleaning requirements.
Flow and differential pressure monitoring
Used in filtration systems, pumping stations, membrane systems, treatment equipment, desalination systems, and distribution pipelines to support stable pressure and differential pressure measurement.
Filter pressure drop measurement
Suitable for monitoring differential pressure across filters, membranes, and treatment units, helping operators identify clogging, fouling, or maintenance requirements.
Differential pressure measurement
Applied in chilled water, heating water, air handling units, filter sections, pump systems, and heat exchangers where pressure difference needs to be measured or monitored.
Maintenance isolation and calibration
The manifold allows technicians to isolate, equalize, vent, and calibrate the transmitter locally, making maintenance more efficient in complex HVAC systems.
Controlled DP measurement lines
Used in laboratories, pilot plants, test benches, and research systems where gases or liquids require stable differential pressure monitoring.
Flexible calibration and pressure line management
The H type manifold body supports DP instrument connection, pressure balancing, pressure release, calibration, and process line management in experimental or small-scale process systems.
