Product Overview

The SIYelectric 2 Piece Flanged Ball Valve is a quarter-turn industrial shut-off valve designed for reliable flow control, pipeline isolation, and maintenance-friendly operation.

Unlike a one-piece ball valve, a 2 piece flanged ball valve consists of two main body sections assembled together. This split body design makes it easier to access internal components such as the ball, seats, and seals when inspection, cleaning, or maintenance is required.

The valve uses a precision-machined ball with a central bore to control flow. When the bore is aligned with the pipeline, the medium passes through the valve. When the handle is rotated 90 degrees, the ball blocks the flow path and shuts off the line.

This valve is commonly used in oil and gas, chemical processing, water treatment, HVAC, industrial utilities, manufacturing plants, and process piping systems where reliable shut-off and easier maintenance are important.
