SIYelectric SS316 High Pressure Inline Check Valves are designed for dependable one-way flow control in ultra-high-pressure hydraulic, gas, chemical injection, pressure testing, and process systems.
With a maximum working pressure of up to 20,000 PSI / approximately 1379 bar, these inline check valves help prevent reverse flow and protect critical system components such as pumps, compressors, gauges, pressure transmitters, analyzers, and high-pressure instruments.
Manufactured from 316 stainless steel, the valve body provides strong mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, and long service life in demanding operating environments. Different sealing structures, including O-ring sealing type and ball sealing type, can be selected according to the process medium, working pressure, leakage requirement, temperature condition, and maintenance preference.
